It is your responsibility to keep your account safe and secure. AROMA 24/7 does not take responsibility of how your account details are used. You are solely responsible for all activities that happen under your account.
Buying Products
When you buy product through our website, you agree to pay the price listed for the product. You must provide accurate details that will help us to fulfill the order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation from our side. AROMA 24/7 reserves the right to cancel the order, without citing a reason.
Make sure that you enter accurate billing and shipping details include VAT information, if any. If there are errors in address and a shipment gets returned, additional shipping charges may have to borne by the shopper for fulfillment of the order placed.
The price featured on the website is all in Qatari Riyals. Any VAT if applicable, will be added on checkout. Prices exclude duties, taxes or any other charges imposed by governments or third parties if the product needs to be shipped outside Qatar and should be borne by the shopper.
Shipping Policy
The shipments are carried out by third party shipping agencies. Upon receipt of your product, you may be asked to sign delivery receipt as a proof of delivery. We may not be able to ship to certain courtiers due to governmental policies of Qatar as well as destination countries. Please check with us to see if your country can not receive shipments from Qatar.
We deliver our Products within Qatar only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within Qatar shall be in 3 – 4 working days. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Cancellation of orders placed
Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Returns
All items purchased from AROMA 24/7 are non-refundable.
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- The original receipt is presented.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty
For Aroma 24/7 Diffusers: Aroma 24/7 Scent Diffusers bear 1 year replacement or repair warranty against manufacturing defects.
For Sensei Wall / Room Diffusers: 6 Months Replacement Warranty
For Sensei Car Diffuser: 3 Months Replacement Warranty
For all aroma oils: No warranty.
All warranties are back to base basis. Shipment costs should be borne by the customer in all cases.
Privacy
Aroma 24/7 respects the privacy of its customers and their data. We will not sell or share any information of its customers to third parties, except what is required to fulfill the orders, for eg. shipping agency.
All information related to credit card, bank or other financial information will not be shared with third parties.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
